Au pairs normally pay their own return fare to England. The agency will keep you informed about arrival details. We ask you to meet your au pair at the airport or station. If this is impossible, we can make arrangements to meet your au pair and an additional fee will be charged.

When confirming the booking, families must provide au pairs with a letter of invitation, which should be sent to the agency with your fee.

Au pairs from Turkey will be required to register with the Overseas Visitors Records Office and pay a small fee shortly after arrival, if they are staying more than six months. Details will be provided to them by immigration on arrival in the UK. Families may choose to pay for this. The fee is currently around £35.
